Vessel Description

“Heaven” (formerly “URBI”) is a rugged, blue-water capable CSY 44 Walkover cutter-rigged monohull built by CSY in Tampa, Florida. Renowned for heavy-duty fiberglass construction and cavernous interior volume, she offers 6’8″ of cabin headroom. The hull features a modified fin keel with a skeg-hung rudder and a substantial internal encapsulated ballast of 8,900 lb lead and 3,000 lb concrete.

The vessel is exceptionally well-equipped for self-sufficiency, featuring a 600W solar array, a recently serviced Perkins diesel engine, and a brand-new Starlink marine satellite system for global connectivity. Recent major maintenance, including new deck paint and antifouling in late 2023, ensures she is ready for her next offshore passage.
